Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do this via email - firstname.lastname@example.org within 12hours of placing your order. Beyond 12hrs we can only do this if your order has not been shipped.

If I need my order tomorrow, can I get it?
If you live in Geelong or surrounds and are able to come and collect your order, please select this option at checkout. If you need it to be ready the next day, please email us prior to placing your order to confirm if we can be ready in time.
Can I pay on pick up?
No, we require payment through the Supply Merchant website to confirm your order even if you are collecting from us.

Are all of your products organic?
No, not all of our ranges are certified organic. But, all of the products we stock at Supply Merchant are from very reputable companies, who pride themselves on sourcing ingredients that are naturally derived and are non toxic. So you can rest assured you are using, natural, ethical and luxurious products, that are better for you and the environment.
Can I place an order to be sent as a gift to somebody?
Yes! We love that and think its a great idea. Place your order and then let us know that its a gift and we can even arrange a card for you.
Are all of the hair products you stock professional quality?
Yes, we have a long background in the hair and beauty industry, so you will only find professional quality haircare that is suitable for use with natural or colour treated hair.
